Kommad Publicidad S.L. offers several ways of shipping. When you process an order you will see a list of shipping methods and available transport agencies.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the delivery date of the order, to return it.
You just have to return the products in perfect conditions and in the original packaging. Additionally, in the case of an exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.
It is very important that you return the products perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to an inadequate packaging, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise.
Once we receive the parcel in our warehouses and we check all previous conditions, Kommad Publicidad s.l. will admit the return of the product and the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made, or the shipment of the new product:
If you made the payment by credit card, the amount will be paid to the same credit card.
If payment was made with a wire transfer, we will ask for an account number to send it back.
In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by Kommad Publicidad s.l.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours after receipt of your payment. Depending on the shipping method, it may or may not have a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. We do not support multiple shipments for a single order.
